Hair Clippers

Post by Rykard »

Hi,
not sure if this is in the right place, but can anyone recommend a decent set of hair clippers that won't break the bank?

cheers

Depends what you mean by break the bank.
Ive gone through loads over the years,
Personal experience is Wahl is the best brand, by miles. theyre just solidly built.

wired, as opposed to batteries are best.

my recommendation would be https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wahl-Baldfader ... 146&sr=8-8

price was up to £50? Don't get it cut that often, every couple of months, but starting to get a bit long now.

I have Wahl clippers. Shave my head twice a week and the current clippers have been with me for eight years.

Also, when you consider what a haircut costs, the clippers are good value,if Royal Marine hairstyle is your thing. I have no choice,' cos I don't have much hair anyway!

We got some Wahl dog clippers, a couple of years ago. The dog groomer couldn't fit us in so we had a go, now we make sure we have appointments booked for the next 12 months, as for the clippers they now do my hair every month or so. They replaced some babyliss ones we had had for around 18 years.

Good thing about not being a people-person, have been cutting my own hair for the best part of 20 years, strange many don’t have a back up plan for times such as this, albeit a rarity.

Keeping your hair from becoming a problem, doesn’t appear to have crossed minds

That said, who’d have thought toilet rolls and hand cleanser would be so in demand and fought over
