hello , not one to poke holes in your not very thought out plan but have you considered the fact that you and lots of other`s could have the same idea .
not to mention the weak and seemingly helpless usually have a good circle of support that wouldn`t take to kindly to the fact that some one has or is about to cause them great up set or harm .

as been said all ready , start small

the chances are for the price of a couple of pints of beer ,[ i`m sure you find funds for these on a weekend ] you can get enough put by to keep you going for a while .
