400g bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons oil
225ml water
Makes fabulous crispy crusty bread every time.

But what do you do to that list of ingredients to convert it all to a crusty loaf Lil? Gas mark? Time in a warm place? Knocking back?
We usually just chuck our mix into a bread maker and leave it to it, but would like to hear how you do it on your LPG cooker

Ah, the Panasonic Bread Maker, I take it yours is working okay then and no problems with the progamming like reported on MSE.
