Right how do start this. I've been prepping since the financial crisis of 2007. Being poor, disabled and on a low income has meant that I've had to adjust to a very hard regime in order to survive. The past 4 years have been tough with the current Government singling out disabled people for some kind of punishment.
I'm a Born Again Christian. I find that faith in a all knowing God is something which has kept me going. I do believe that this world is controlled by a occult cabal of individuals. While these views are personal I am open to criticism as long as its friendly because I cannot control my behavior well. Autism sigh.
Most of the time I am sick and unwell. I am in a bit of a state at the moment because my Dad has been unwell and my Mother is committed to her work. This leaves me no support. I don't have any friends since I find it very hard to relate to other people and I am considered a clinical psychopath. I'm trying to keep my head above water but the medication im on makes me feel unwell constantly. If I don't take it I end up hearing voices and seeing things which aren't there.
I try and be productive as much as I can. I am currently transforming my garden into a sub-urban farm. I find that gardening gives me some self worth and a reason to carry on with life. I hope to grow some food for my neighbors to show them how much I appreciate them as well donating various vegetables to those in need such as working families who are in poverty.
I hope to make some friends here and see if I can be any use to the forum. Thank you for reading my post.

Hello Carefulnow, welcome to the forum - I like your name, good one
I'm sorry to hear you've got so many health problems, and aren't experiencing any support - great idea to get out into the garden, it can feel so good, can't it. But if you've got clinical diagnoses, are you getting all the support you're entitled to? How about local groups of national charities, like MIND?
One of the forum rules is that we don't discuss politics or religion. Inevitably, people drift over the line sometimes, but the mods do try to keep people on the right side of it. As you say, its very personal, and very important to the people that hold the beliefs, so things can get very heated very quickly. Thats why we try to keep things strictly about prepping. I hope you understand. As for occult cabals, its not prepping-related, so its best not to explore it here.
Love to hear about your gardening efforts, though, and what your rural community is doing to prep - I find that fascinating! Small communities seem to be the way to go, and I'm glad you seem to like the one you're in.

In my area the NHS budget has been cut a lot so there isn't really any support. However over the last 3 months Ive made a lot of friends in a disability group. We are an ex Royal Air Force community. So its Lincolnshire. Probably one of the best places to live for prepping.
