Added a few more tins of veg, fruit and tinned puddings to my stash. A box of instant potato mix and another box of dried onions. Will it be safe to freeze the mash before jarring??
Also added some meaty sticks and dry food for the cat, he now keeps scratching and meowing at the wardrobe doors.. He will give me away to visitors
Should I freeze his dry food and put into jars with oxy absorbers do you think? No idea about cat food!
Any advice re cat food and instant mash freezing first welcomed.

Been an expensive day about a month ago I over discharged one of my 110 ah leisure batteries and killed it worked overtime to fund its replacement... Then went back to get another due to an imballence in discharge rates with the old 'healthy' battery so I now have a spare still fairly serviceable battery time to get a battery box and play with solar to power part of the house ( say the TV and associated devices or the lighting

this week I stocked up on soap and liquid handwash soap - can never have too much of this.
I also finally got around to buying my first windup radio with flashlight: Duronic Ecohand Wind-Up, Rechargeable AM\FM Radio with flashlight, not sure if it will be any good but I need to start somewhere with the windup radio so hope this was a good start.
Been busy recently so a quick update our cheap caravan bug out home/holiday has had rot removed new tyres completely re wired both mains and 12v and small solar batt charger ready to fit. Small gas leak at the oven will need a pro to look at. Now stocked with a week's food and 2 40ltr empty water barrels so all ready to hitch up and go with 5 mins warning
House wise just finished having 4" of insulation fitted all round the outside it's a timber building so should be nice and toasty but cant have a wood fire bought a gas bbq and now have 3 half full gas cylinders I'm working on emptying to refill but all match so can be swapped around so a couple of cooking areas.
A not obvious prep but bought an 8ft by 3ft high pool great for this heat but also a huge water storage ok it will need filtered and cleaned for consumption but good for grey water needs as is

Nutribullet is brilliant. If you are going to add seeds etc I highly recommend you use the milling blade first to turn into powder as it just doesn't grind that down so well, unless you like picking the bits out of your teeth if course also remember to de-stone cherries and de core apples and pears (seeds have cyanide when blitzed so not good). Freezing your fruit will make it deliciously cold oh and don't forget to add water or the motor will not last long.
You will be amazed at all the flavours you can make. Enjoy!!
Thanks! Its is quite fun actually feeling the nutrition kicking in maybe about 30 minutes after having drunk my banana and broccoli smoothie. You actually do feel better after having had a "meal" (or meal replacement) made out of blended veggies and fruits (so long as you get the raw food combining correct!)

I would recommend getting the book that goes with it, it gives blast recipies to improve certain health issues which are helpful plus lots of other info I find useful.
