Re: Access kit?
You would be supprised at the strength of some locks mate, look at it this way... They are designed to keep the barbarian out. You might need more than a multi tool and a boot But most people seem to put a £100 lock on a 20 quid door  Or hang a £1000 heavy security door next too a window wit...

Re: Electrical repairs

I just left the final connection unconected from the main DB. Call a...

Re: Access kit?
Surely Post SHTF if you wanted access to somewhere that was locked you would find a way..... unleash the barbarian withing on a lock! personally if i cant do it with my multitool or other few bits in my BOB i will improvise! You would be supprised at the strength of some locks mate, look at it this...

Re: Access kit?
My garage has good security and is overlooked by houses.
How would you weld or run a drill without elec?
Better to have the bars pre made and stored. The fixings could be pre drilled and then bolted in with hand tools or just use a hilti

Had a few wire ones.
They work well for a few cuts then blunt or snap.

Re: Access kit?
rather worrying when you see how easy lock bumping works...... Lock snapping is even simpler,, and would get you into 95% of uk homes with a upvc door  Flat headed screwdriver bent to 90 degrees? Hammer in and twist? I know that as a pin snapper I actually used to practice lock picking, coul...
