New Member in N.Ireland

Hi everybody,

I've had an interest in prepping for some time (when I had my kids) and try to think in advance of potential propblems, such as stocking up on bottled water during the winter, logs for the fire, candles, batteries etc and packing a BOB when we are expecting severe weather. My wife thinks im a nutter, but I'll be laughing (sort of) if it ever does hit the fan. Now that I can afford it and after studying lots of peoples BOB's I am going to start having one packed all the time and ready to go whenever instead of when I've had warning of something. I would appreciate any advice for a new prepper and would really be interested in getting in touch with anybody else that lives in Northern Ireland (I'm in Newcastle, county down), so that we can investigate setting up some kind of network.
