Hi from Hampshire. :)

Post by DC Survival »

Hello everyone, I've been a prepper for about 2 years, my main focus is on living off the land, whether through homesteading or bushcraft, i'm not the type to hoard masses of food, not because i don't think its a good idea, but because i can't afford it lol, although i do have some food and water stored at my hidden caches.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning new things. :)

Hi DC Survival,

I see you're in my neck of the woods - well at least the same county. Hampshire is a large county. Which part, if you don't mind my asking?

I note you're into living off the land. I'm very much of that mind too, as it's the only real way to deal with long-term food shortage problems. I'd add that being off-grid with one's own power generation, in the form of solar and wind would of course form part of this.

It'd be great to chat about this and other related stuff before meeting up sometime, eh? I'd rather be 10yrs too early, than a day too late, as someone once quoted.

Pleased to meet you.
