Non chicken - chicken soup

Hi

A very tasty recipe that I made up to be cheap, simple and quick. Amazing how it tastes like chicken soup. Will be easy post SHTF, and a good use of chic peas during can rotation...

2 x onions finely chopped
2 x cloves garlic
3 x cans of chic peas drained and rinsed
1 x veg stock cube
2 -3 big stalks of rosemary or maybe 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
Approx 450ml water

Put it all in a pan - bring it to the boil and simmer for 10mins.

(optional) remove a couple of ladles of chic peas to add after blending - for better texture!

Blend

Eat

Forgot to say. Approx 4 portions worth there. And when the leccy is down - a potato masher works well instead of blending!
