I work away several days a week. Hotel costs are covered but not meals, so have learnt to make use of the kettle in the room a lot. Quite often cook pasta in a flask, drain then add in a sauce. Seal Flask back up and the Pasta warms the sauce. Noodle soups are also an easy one. Noodles, stock, seasoning, veggies, leave and it’s a ready made soup. Tend to stay away from meat dishes.
