2 cups steamed rice
1 cup lentil puree
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon browned flour
1 tablespoon milk
pinch sage
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
pinch salt
put flour onion and savoury into pan and simmer for a few minutes
add flour milk and stir until smooth
add salt and mix in rice
mix all together and cook in loaf tin until brown
