15 cups flour

3 3/4 cups trex
blend until crumbs store in airtight container

Does the cornflour make it a Madeira-type dry cake WM ? stop it going soggy ? You could add glace cherries if so, and make a fine cherry cake. My fav

I am not sure what the cornflour does, but it has to be included, yes you can add cherries, but on mixing up i think not as in with the mix, i am not sure about cherry shelf life, also you can add raidins or currants

Yea, I would add cherries when you're ready to bake. In some cakes, you add cornflour or semolina to give a lighter drier consistency. I used to make fantastic big cherry cakes when my kids were at home.
