Picked 8lbs of berries in the pelting rain yesterday and wasn't going to not make the jelly after all that hard work! Tomorrow if I'm up to it will be nectarine and plumb jam followed by strawberry jam.
My neck lump is a blocked saliva gland so I have antibiotics which I hate, been told to eat sour sweets, lemon barley water and to go back next week to see if its unblocked!
Only upside is I can't eat anything as its too painful to chew, so a couple of pounds off before a family wedding is most welcome, although I'm starving as not eaten properly all weekend because it hurts

A personal experience of mine has made me think a leedle about this health issue you have.
I have had a small lump on my back for a long time (years) and during the time I have been taking a parasite cleansing herbal capsule course, the lump eventually burst, but that wasn't the end of it as there was still some muck in it that wouldn't come out. I then persisted with the course and the remains of the infection went down and its completely now undetectable.
Now I know that parasites aren't the most sexy thing to be discussing, but humans are animals and all animals get parasites. Some are good for you and some aren't. maybe once your current course is over you could think about looking into parasite cleansing as a preventative measure? It is hypothetically possible that these things (and there are thousands of different types and sizes including the microscopic) could be behind the occasional health problem that we get from time to time as humans?
I know my idea here is just hypothetical at best (so dont listen to me, I ain't no person with half a million PhDs), but is it worth looking in to? I don't know.
The course I am on is a three month course and I am about to start the second month. My energy levels and clarity of thought is currently a lot higher than its been before. Looking forward to more health improvements with the passage of time.
