I have two small coins that have gone up by 80% in 5 years. Does that sound right? That's about £300 profit. I can't get the exact price as I was lucky and got sent Edward VII, but they don't have my year.

Silver's not really appreciated much, but as a percentage it's not bad.

I didn't really buy them as investments, more as something for shtf.

In the PM world the early bird catches the worm

I consider my stack as a precious metal ISAs for my cousins if there is no SHTF. They will get it all on my passing.

A combined return of 37% only matters if I was to cash out now and that's not going to happen.
