As far as I know there are a few people on here in Sheffield, me included. As preppingsu said, if you start by letting us know what you're prepping for, then that will help people the option to help out / offer guidance via the forum. There's loads of stuff on here about starting out and you could get a vast amount of information without meeting in person.

It will also give us all a chance to get to know you... I'm not sure I'd want to meet someone I didn't know at all to discuss prepping. I'm sure most people on here would feel the same. If it's just a virtual 'picking of brains' you're after then that can be done via the forum and all can join in the discussion.

lewis555 does mention 'picking brains' so I reckon rather than prepping for the zombie apocalypse, he's part of it! Run away! :)

Cool it's good to know that there is help at hand. As for picking brains I'd rather have the liver :D . And I totally understand not meeting up but I didn't know if there was aggroup or not that people went too. To be honest when I started watching that prepper show I thought they was a bit nuts. But on the other hand it's better to be safe than sorry.
