Tuna (long date and high protein)
Tinned veg (long date and vitamins/fibre)
Sardines (high good quality fats)
Tinned potatoes (carbs)
Tinned fruit (vitamins and sugars)

All day breakfast in a tin
Chicken / Beef curry
Heinz Big Soup
Rice pudding
Fruit cocktail in juice

Add a bag of rice and you are totally set.

Ooh. Baked beans, luncheon meat, tomatoes,corned dog and my all time favourite....drumroll.....Irish Stew! I eat this with bread and loads of tea when night fishing.

5) Goblin Irish Stew (cause its 59p at B&M!) cleared shelf BB July 2015!

We've tried the Sainsburys Cured Chicken Roll and the Turkey too. Both are tasty if a little salty (it's the cure!).

I'd have tinned soups, tinned fruit, tinned meat (spam or corned beef), milk and baked beans.
