I would help other preppers, understanding of the goals that have to be achieved, and having a prepping mindset, is much easier than starting with a newbie post shtf. Being part of a prepping tribe is better than being isolated.

I don't care if anybody thinks I'm crazy, I prepped for financial crisis, and inflation to start with, and got through 2008 no problem. I had paid off my debts and was able to buy a small wooden house with a garden that year, thanks to a small inheritance and savings I was able to pay cash. I haven't had a pay rise in 5 years, but I can still manage, thanks to prepping. Take my boss, he can only pay the interest on his loan on his flat, and owes a few hundred thousand pounds in his business. I am better off than him, no bank/building society can throw me out of my house. Paying off your debt is the best prep you can achieve

Call me crazy, I'm proud of it. Jean

Crazy my arse
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.
