Yes. All the emphasis is on the American sites and we are so totally different.

Lets face it, if somebody dropped a nuke on Birmingham then the whole of the Midlands would be affected. It would only take probably 5 to decimate most of the UK!
To be honest, I'm not sure I would want to be around after that...... So I don't see why I need to plan for it.
My plans will be more aimed at natual and straightforward man-made disasters, such as:-
Recent bad winters - getting home if stuck, making sure vehicles suitable, sensible amount of food in house and some way to heat house in power/gas outage.
Vehicle breaking down - GMH Bag in car and we have breakdown cover....
Fuel crisis - That's probably likely with the way things are going. Keep sensible amount of Diesel in garage for both vehicles. My kids live with their mum in Coventry so always make sure I have enough to get there and back if I need to fetch them.
I have a tiny garden, so no chance of growing food there!! LOL
