The Police forces committed themselves, a couple of years ago, to a pricing policy so that the cost of firearm licensing would reflect the actual cost to them. This opened them up to major criticism as the prices varied wildly across the nation.

It looks as though one force at least is about to dig itself a deep hole.

No Problem, if you need any more info just ask.
Doh! Should have asked, does this only apply to England, or to Scotland too?

It applies in virtually every country in the world although some countries have a 3rd law (Sharia) but I aint going there.

Commercial Law is also called Universal Commercial Code or British Admiralty Law and is known as the Law Of The Sea. This why we have maritime references like Dock and Berth Certificate.

What you need to understand is they use a language that most people are not familiar with. It is called legalese. It is unlike any other language in the world because it uses English but the words have different meanings. Do you know what "Register" means? It means to sign over ownerhip of.

Why can they take your car off you and crush it if you don't pay your road tax? Because you don't own it. You are the "Registered Keeper". You signed over ownership of it when you filled in your V5 form.

Can they take your TV off you and crush it if you don't pay your license fee? No, becuase it is yours and that would be theft.

What else do you register? Your kids. That is why they can take them off you. There was a case that John Harris discusses where a lady had her 4 kids taken off her by Social Services. She contacted John and asked for his help. Before he could do anything about it they brought one of her children back. She asked why they had only brought one back and they actually said "because you didn't register the birth of this one".

Every company in the UK is registered with "Dun & Bradstreet". A little research will chow that every court and police force in the country is a limited company trading for profit with share holders. Solcial Services is also listed on there as Social Services PLC.

I would recommend the book :
Freedom Is More Than Just A Seven Letter Word" by Veronica Chapman. You can get it on Ebay pretty cheap, 7 or 8 quid.

Do a search for Robert-Arthur: Menard. He is Canadian but is probably the most knowledgable person in the world on this subject. You can watch him on youtube. Do a search for "Bursting Bubbles Of Government Deception" Veronica is probably the best over here along with John Harris of The Peoples United Community. Just google "Freeman on the Land"

Robert Menard has reached the point where he cannot be arrested in Canada without the prior permission of the Attorney General. Unless he breaks one of the 4 laws. He has a fee schedule in his Notice of Understanding which means he can charge the police for arresting him for a statute. He has doen this successfully and that is why they stera clear of him. He has even stood in a Vancouver park with a billboard saying free Marijuana and the Police keep clear of him.

I understand that this is a lot to take in but if you look into it, it will change your life. I am using it primarily to keep the Powers that be off my back while I become self sufficient.

Be lucky (And informed)

Thanks so much for this info and the leads to research more. I`m gobsmacked more of the public don`t know about this or stand up to the powers that be if they do! :o
It`s something I`ll definately be researching further, being the owner of an array of (so far legal but who knows in the future) weapons and having spent the past few years bemoaning the continuing erosion of so many freedoms in my country. Thanks again! :)

i went shooting for the first time with proper guns a few weeks ago. thoroughly enjoyed it. a lot more fun than my .22 air rifle. i will be booking up for another afternoons shooting asap. and will definitly be looking into getting a licence and my own shotgun as soon as i can. i think it is something everyone should have a go at. at the moment it costs £50 for one so not a great expense http://www.northants.police.uk/default.aspx?id=574 just need to keep my eye open for a nice gun.

I will make a new thread if there is enough interest. I plan on building my earthship using my Notice of Understanding. I also intend to have a gun although the "LEGAL" road will probably not be an option as no legitamate gun shop would not sell me one without a license.

If I did obtain one through a "Questionable" route, at least I will see it as one less gun in the hands of criminals and one less that could be used againt members of this forum. So I am actually doing everyone on here a favour. ;)

Be lucky
i have been looking at the freeman on the land principal for a while, i would like very much for you to do a thread on this
good luck and thanks
