Welcome, ChocClare. I am jealous of your garden, solar panel and bees And even more jealous of your daughter's horse! I have always wanted a horse and to learn to ride. I love the smell of horses! I hope your daughter knows how very lucky she is and kisses her horse on his/her nose every day

DD cashed in a bond which was earning absolutely zilcho to pay for her horse, and she has never regretted it - and we haven't had to pay anything (yet), she has financed it all herself, so I'm very pleased with her.

Although schlepping through a muddy field in the depths of winter to get hay to a large mammal is not my idea of fun
