hi , I am new to prepping , I have a family husband 3 children at home my oldest son is 17 asthmatic then my daughter is 15 autistic and my youngest son is 14 he has cerebral palsey and uses a wheel chair , im concerned about how this will impact on my prepping and would like any hints or tips xx

Hello and welcome to the Forum.:)

Firstly, don't panic, have a cuppa.:)

I would start with stocking a weeks worth of:

food that your family will eat,

water

any medicines you require.

Make sure you have a couple of ways to cook, eat, wash and dispose of rubbish the above.

Once you have that, just increase the amounts remembering to eat what you store, store what you eat.

Good advice from P above!

Both me and my son are asthmatic. It's taken a while but we're about a year ahead with our inhalers. We did this by ordering the repeat prescription a few days early every time and gradually built up a surplus.

Keep as healthy as you can. Out of debt if possible.

Think of what your most likely SHTF scenario would be and prep around that. Think high probability (illness, redundancy etc) rather that low probability.

Oh, and have another brew ;O)
