Hi from Manchester

Post by lemondrops »

Hi, We live in Manchester, but have two allotments, 8 hives of bees and chickens and have been self sufficient in most British veg and soft fruits for a good number of years now. Having well stocked cupboards has helped us in the past to survive several hard times financially, and I'd like to take our level of prepping up a notch and hope to pick up a lot of ideas from this site. :)

Welcome lemondrops, I'm new myself but sometime in the future I'll pick your brains about keeping bees :)
Unwise advice from my grandmother - Don't worry, it might never happen and if it already has it's too late to worry.
