getting started

hi all ive been prepping for about 6 months, i think i have a 75% BOB started to grow vegies and store a few basic supplies, any advice would be welcome.

What was it made you want to start prepping? What bits of your BOB do you need to carry on with as yet? Just wond'ring :D

what got me started was every time i turn on yhe tv i hear words like hyper inflation, peak oil, global warming, etc etc any one of these would cause chaos.
as for the BOB i think i have all the basics sorted but could do with a good water filter bottle and maybe up grade some of the existing kit.

I ain't no expert and I don't think that there is such a thing as an expert in this field. I guess just start and see how you get on and carry on adding to it all bit by bit.
I cant do much, so i do what i can and hope for the best.

Totally agree with you about a water filter - I bought a good'un late last year - to my shame, I haven't actually unpacked it yet, but I reckon I have enough water stored so that if I needed to use it, I've got enough time to learn :oops: alternatively, I'd better do it by the end of the month, say!
