Compo / army ration biscuits

Post by Youcantseeme »

When I was a child about thirty years ago, my dad would bring back some of his army compo ration biscuits when he was away on tour of duty or exercises. They were made of oats and made a great biscuit but we also used to make a porridge out of them that was very tasty too. (They were not like oats that you make your porridge with with). Does anyone know if they are available anywhere today as they would be great in my emergency kit to eat?
