Hi, I'm Dillybee, I'm not 'new' new, I've been here for 2 years and it would seem I've never posted before! Oops
I live in a market town in the NE with my husband and dog and cat. I've been prepping for <mumbles> years and the first thing that's really tested me as a prepper was the CV lockdown. Reader, I proudly admit I was not found lacking
Could have done with more sweeties though.

Hello and welcome to the Forum.
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

Hi, thanks Arzosah. I've been here there and everywhere! I'm interested in cooking with stored goods, so I've been hanging out in the relevant threads here and I've picked up some interesting recipes. I also lurk on the odd (by name and nature) American prepping sites, but, heck, some of them are seriously I like the MSE prepping thread as well; there's a lot of sense talked there.

There's a fair few look at both and yes, cooking with storecupboard food is incredibly important, isn't it. As for the American sites ... one that I used to look at was Survival Mom, just because it sounded like she lived in the desert, fascinating.

Welcome "back" Dillybee.
I get the whole 'not-having-enough-sweeties' thing, we've also upped our stash since the lock down, comfort food and all that.
