Hi there, I'm new to this site and was going to say that I am pretty new to prepping until I stopped to think. It turns out that I have been prepping in various forms since the age of about 10 when Girl Guides carried a multitude of objects in their uniform pockets "just in case" and built gadgets from sticks/logs and string, cord or rope. I'm also well seasoned proper camper, none of those full facility camp sites for me. I've been carrying various bits and pieces in my bag for years which I guess would be classed as my EDC bag. I've now decided to make a start on doing this all in a more organised way and have started a proper food and water store, improved my wood store for the log burners and started a wish list for things I want along with a "to do" list. I've red some really helpful stuff on here so thanks guys.
