Basically take one out of test date scrap gas cylinder , purge of gas , remove valve , fill with water and cut out door
I had a bit of 70x70 galvanised steel section which I welded to the top where the valve used to be , welded a ball bearing hinge to door and made a simple latch , used a off cut of section to form a a damper and voila , one gas bottle burner

I've got something very similar, an old gas bottle stove built on its side with a hotplate, build by a friend on another forum.

I saw one that had a brake disk welded onto the side for a kettle to sit on , bit worried that it might tip over with the extra weight on one side :)

Excellent , don't know actual heat output but in October solstice I was outside with beers watching the satellites go over , in a hoody and was toast warm
