Sainsburys Hubbard Foodstores

Post by Lemne »

Sainsburys are bringing in more of the Hubbard Foodstores range and it's really good if you are on a budget. It's good if you aren't to be fair. The marmalade is really nice and only 27p and the chilli con carne was tasty at 60p a tin. I've not tried the chicken curry yet but have a tin in ready.

Yes most of it is good that I've tried so far. One to avoid though was their tinned custard. I really didn't like the taste or the watery consistancey of that one. But that could be me!

I have a few of these in, the tinned potatoes are good and we have tried the jam & marmalade, very cheap and the kids seem to like it. I’m a snob though and like my “posh” marmalade
