Well the zero hedge article made me smile - good one :mrgreen: I think maybe life used to be much harder and full of mini-Armageddons for people, but nowadays it got a lot easier and we got soft. And this year is a throwback? Whatever the hell it is, it will pass, just keep truckin.

spinning goat hair into this years mittens sound fab, I knew I was lacking in one prepping area and this is it....

What would the best spinning wheel be......?????

For a New Age communista, something made of bits of bike
For a Homesteader one handcrafted on a pole lathe and bartered for.
For the Non-identifying Prepper*, Granny's lovingly repaired one or a dropspindle.
For a US style survivalist a tactical black (or cammo if not urban) one that converts into a sustained fire mount.
For a Covid Crafter, whatever you can order online and get within a week.
