How about a row of 50 gallon plastic oil drums with screw on lids?

A lot of American pepper’s bury then all over their land with everything in. You could bury them with just the top few inches shown and build your shed base on top. The barrels are perfectly sealed and the ground with keep long life food stable. Hell of a lot cheaper and easier then concrete plus you also don’t need to tank it.
Hope for the best, prep for the worst and keep it need to know.

To be a consistent winner means preparing not just one day, one month or even one year - but for a lifetime.

Did you build your new shed?

Did you manage to get underground storage space for your preps?

I plan to do 2 or 3 of these under a shed in the corners, with a concrete base between them that is re-enforced. I measured up and it should fit in nicely and be safe. The shed will be on slats and the floor will be removable in the area I need. (2021 plan)

Hope that helps.

Also consider putting radioactive warning signs on the door to dissuade entry

Hi!
Sorry for the hugely delayed response, but I’m active on the forum again.

Due to massively complex issues with my garden (I’m in a new build development) I ended up relocating the shed to another part of the garden and no such storage ever went ahead to my disappointment.

Was you looking to do something similar?

No worries.

Yeah, neighbours were joking about me building a tornado shelter under it - but other neighbours would notice and never let me get away with it! haha!

Thought it would be a good place to hide some tools and supplies. It has nothing to do with my shed is overflowing....
