Going slightly off topic but once the sloes have flavoured the gin and have to come out don't throw them away , cover them in chocolate . They make a decent chocolate liquor type off thing although of course there's a stone.

Good few recommendations on books to get here regarding plants and editable plants, will scatter my purchases and get reading ! :D

I just got this too, I love pre-owned books generally which tends to horrify my kids. Also ordered Food for Free both for the grand total of £4.04. Thanks as always for the recommendations.
