Even if it was to break up my nose 😂 youll to get a higher dose of radiation from a flight in a jet to having a X ray at the dentist (what ever those things are  )
Ah well, different strokes for different folks.

Be a boring world of we were all the Same

Did you ever see the story of the American boy scout who used the older far more dangerous version and made a fully functional nuclear reactor in his mum's Garden shed prompting 4000 people to be evacuated from the area

I've ordered the items left for my micro-green garden! Long time deciding and persuading the household it'll be a benefit to them!

Urban legend.

Hahn never actually made a true reactor just a neutron source that made some elements.

PS Family background meant I got an early education in radiation. I know my REMs / Rads/ Sieverts and Greys.

Appin, is Strange a real particle, or is that urban legend too?

I'm jealous!

Just take it steady with the shovel cold weather and hard exertion isn't a good combination for anyone

If using a metal shovel and it's not red rust give it a coat of car wax to help stop the snow sticking to it;)

I cleared a path to my car (off to the left of the pic) and got all the snow off the roof and windows, just one less thing to worry about when it freezes later.

I have 2 Norwegian Army snow shovels:

One in the car, the other with a replacement 5ft handle so I don't have to bend over to shift the snow.

Yep, no over exertion from me. My winter trips to Norway cured me of that.

I’m ashamed to say that I just use the remote start or parking climate on the main car. Turns on automatically, defrosts, heats the seats and steering wheel, clears the windows and ready to go! Awful for the environment but god it’s good in winter.

That is a beautiful photo. Snow is lovely until you need something or need to go somewhere, but I am still a little envious.

No one likes a show off

If my current car was diesel I'd have installed a night heater by now

Remember as a kid dad insisting his new K reg (1991 iirc) came with a heated windscreen... One in the country but it had power steering which was a £350 up charge he bought it then sat smugly every winters morning watching the windscreen defrost at the touch of a button
