The risk rating is meant for deciding if you could go to work in combination with an occupational health physician assessment so it is only an estimate.
For what its worth I would still avoid people. (Asthmatic children so I am cautious).

Re: Strawberries
This is really weird for me. When I was about 8 yrs old we had a mad science teacher who came in periodically to my primary school. One of his lessons was on strawberry growing. His basic point still sticks with me nearly 50 yrs later. Strawberry plants have a natural 3 year cycle. So when runners a...

Just a thought on the how far do you go / whats the point in a Pulse oximeter discussion. Even in current times being able to give more information to the amulance service if you call them will help. It is becoming well recognised that some people with Covid have very low oxygen levels but still see...

Re: Essex Ham Radio Free Learning Course
For those thinking about doing the Intermediate Licence don't worry it is a bit harder than the Foundation but not too bad.I did physics both a "O" level and "A" level. Intermediate does not need even O level type skills.( GCSE for youngsters) The Advanced / Full licence is abeat...

Re: First aid training
GTN patches are getting rarer thank heavens but yup shocked one and got away with it. Problem is they make the things flesh coloured so they don't show up! For those who want to get the risk in perspective if I call GTN (glyceryl trinitrate) by its old name nitroglycerine! Just think of all the old ...

Re: First aid training
Hi any , Sounds like an interesting situation well handled. I know what you mean about getting people to direct incoming support. One suggestion. Don't use a "space blanket". They don't mix well with defibs. Better now as they are mylar on both sides with the metal in the middle so in theo...

Re: Antennas relocated
Aiming to install an HF band antenna called a W3EDP. In reality it is 25.6m ( 84 ft) long wire draped over the roof with a 5.2 m counterpoise. This will run in the gutter on the opposite side and run into an ATU. The design has been around for decades. If you are trying to conceal a antenna there is...
