Re: Hi, another radio ham here

Welcome to the forum, it sounds like you have a good idea of what works for you, its the busy time of year for the allotment, good luck with the solar set up, I've been humming and hawing over one myself for a couple years, got most the bits and bobs, just need to get the finger out.

Re: Hi I'm a new newbie.help

Re: What Preps are you doing this week? Part 7.

I just continued to explain that 'best before' wasn't a 'DO NOT EAT AFTER' and demonstrated it, she now happily eats stuff that's well 'out of date'. Look after the tins/packets and you'll be fine. Hopefully this ane...

Re: Advice for new Preppers

Its pretty much been covered, most of it isn't very rock 'n roll right enough. Prepping covers a lot of bases and dare I say it, people do it for different reasons, some have a fantasy that they want to prep for, running off to the woods or whatever which is fine, they can go and do it, I do o...

Re: Toilet roll vs baby wipes

I'll toss in the cheap packets of pocket tissues, its easy to have a pack or two in your pocket, they cover a multitude of 'sins'. Re: Lockdown?

I just dont see any strong leadership coming out and getting to grips with this, until its too late, then we will probably see towns shut off and companies closed up. Its a very difficult call to make as panic follows close behind, but I cant see why it wont happen here, after all we are not so dif...
