I suspect that tins are a lot better than sachets for full meals. Simpler, with a long history behind them now. And absolutely, chuck the stuff you don't like the look of - this is no time to get food poisoning, yuck. Good luck

Sorry to hear this, Jenny, take care of yourself - I got it in autumn 2022, and I was ill for 2 months :( hell's teeth Noooooooo. I had a friend flattened by it for about 6 weeks from December.
