If you don't already have an oximeter I would recommend adding one which can link to a smartphone for continuous monitoring/reporting. I've done my prostate and have my general bloods at home kits.
Today i ordered at home bowel screening.

I have all of these scheduled for annual checks

Solar PV is increasing so i have reduce my night time battery charge to 40% now rather than a full 100%.

Also had delivered just now 2x 20lt jerry cans. So need to fill those up along with the couple others I have at home.
