Another p cooker plus is being able to make class to authentic KFC.

The recipe is easy to find online now but the final trick is that they use pressure friers. So, oil in p cooker, job done

As a steriliser, a pressure cooker makes a good basic autoclave. The WHO info on medical care in a SHTF/ third world scenario suggests just that. Medical supply houses offer electric cookers as a basic clave. The downside is the lack of auto drying, but that can be mitigated. I will have a look for ...

Mollasis, bought by the gallon as horse feed, makes a great yield increasing additive. Add to compost during rotting down or direct to feeding of pots or beds.
