How do you make the cheese? I only ever drink the stuff but I guess if you let it get very thick and then strain you must end up with cottage cheese? Leatherman charge TTi no substitute in my opinion, had it years now, used frequently without issue, lifetime warranty when registered with LM, a case of you really do get what you pay for, OM Yep , no need to register it tho, I "discovered" my first leatherman in the toolkit of a motorbik...
