Homebrew

After years of being a wine drinker I have really gotten into Real Ales over the past 6 months, but they can be quite pricey, £6 for 4 bottles at the mo.

So thought I might try home brewing :D


Any tips and tricks, have heard that Wilko does good value kits ??

I paid £9 from fasttech.com and they come up on Gearbest the same when I search, but a EM-01 comes up at just over a fiver, is that the one you mean....if not do you have a link cause I would buy a few ELs at a fiver each... :D

Enlan EL-01, a great one handed flipper at 5"

And a Cold Steel Pocket Bushman a monster of a knife one hand opening but 2 hand closing....

One thing, I personally hate the plastic sheaths that they come with, you can pick up a leather sheath for about a tenner on Amazon and it instantly makes your knife feel higher quality. Yep that pretty close to the one I have , Belgium Army knife 1954, basically the brit one made for the Belgium army...

Does anybody have any suggestions for a knife as per title, 100% needs to fold and lock, not worried about legality side as it's for work so have a reason to carry if it's with me. Most of the ones I've seen seem to be around 3". Rugged and capable of being abused on a daily basis. Thank you M...
