I just bought a shewee and a couple of toilet bags to add to my car bag. I have a little hex stove, mess t...

I wish i had an open fire. Bastard housing department blocked all our estates open fires up when they renovated 🙄
The council estate I was brought up on has next to no open fires now- only the oldies who have always lived there. I guess it is a safety/ landlord thing.

Re: Article of the new rules around wood and coal burning for home heating

I knew there were changes on the way but hadn't been keeping up with it. Bit of a pain as I was planning on buying a bag of two of coal just to keep as emergence fuel as I have a reasonable stock (and supply) of wood fuel currently but we're peppers & plan for when such fuel isn't readily available...

Re: Equipping a vehicle

I use the dragon fire ( improved) military hexi- type stove. It fits in a mess tin, along with metal mug, lighter , spoon and tea bags. Comes in handy when fishing.

I am looking at buying a domestic vacuum sealer,as I want to have a play with some homemade MRE’s for my get home/hotel bags.
