so i thought i would share my go to shake i have twice every day
two scoops of strawberry protein powder
one scoop of porridge
one big spoonful of peanut butter
blended with milk
delicious
i think its a pretty solid "complete meal"

Nice - I calculate that at around 400-500 cals
Add a nice hearty soup as a starter and you've got a nice lunch which should keep you going

1 banana
milk
bcaa powder/creatine/glutamine etc.
optional handful of frozen fruit
Cant have it now I have Diabetes
