Apparently some GPS units can sync with Komoot so you get the voice nav plus the visuals. Lot of money though. Garmin Edge 830 looks good but is about £300. 530 is similar but not touch screen so a bit cheaper. There are cheaper devices, I guess you get what you pay for.
