The criteria to be eligible is tight as most savvy oil users purchase their oil during the summer months when it tends to be slightly cheaper and only those with proof of purchases after September 2022 will be eligible. 
Look like we won't be able to get it or claim for our wood either as that's a cash in hand deal and we are currently laying down wood for winter 2024.
