Even come with a spare O ring. Not bad for a couple of quid.
You got a link bro ???
Here you go mate. I've no connection with the seller.

Cheers homie, I'll get a few at that price. My keyring 'collection' is already a bit on the bulky side but I'll sort something.

Yes, mine has reached the "Oh dear" stage, but I don't really want to remove anything to lighten the pocket load.

I haven't posted for a while because I've been off-grid since February 2nd. It's not been easy without basic utilities and most if not all of friends and family think we have several screws loose. We are still off-grid for mains power and mains water but that is one step closer to coming to an end because the borehole pumped water for the first time today. No trip to the public baths for me today, I had my first decent wash this week under a tap of fresh water from 30 metres underground. I can't describe how great it felt. We are still 80 plus days away from having mains power connected which is now becoming a concern as by that time we will be using more power on lighting and appliances and the solar panels will probably not keep pace when the days get shorter.

So, preps for this week are rebuild the small generator (pull start broken) and get the borehole water tested. In the old house, we had always filtered water using ceramic filters (post on here somewhere) and I expect we will be using those again plus reverse osmosis and UV, we will wait and see what the specialists say is required.

I need some better shelter so I'm in the market for something like the army 9x9 tent or equivalent. Does anyone have one for sale or any suggestions on good alternatives?

If it's one of these

Good luck the recoil usit is a pish poor design. And a real swine to respool the spring sits in a recess and is nearly impossible to refit.. took a mate of mine who's been into chainsaws and forestry all his life 2 hours to get it back together!

Bit the 8a battery charger is good on it (unregulated)

Decent 2 stroke oil + fuel stabilizer and a dash of redx keeps them running sweet... Get a few spare spark plugs they tend to eat them

Yes great fun. I did mine back in the days of bald tyres and an old slick skidpan (with the police) now I see they have a gizmo that lifts the normal car up onto sort of caster things. Don't know how it compares but I wouldn't mind having another go.

Taken my personal safety one step further and achieved my Practitioner Level 1 in Krav Maga yesterday.

8 months hard work paid off, although I am a bit battered and bruised in some vital soft areas :-S. We celebrated immediately after on my instructor stag do and drank till 0500 this morning.

Oosh.
