I have to agree with Vespa, i am preparing for power outtages, bad weather and food shortages. I am not paranoid but as other users have said, i would not broadcast the fact that i had several months of food and other stuff sat around my house. I don't if anyone read the newspaper article about prepping last year, it was about the tv programme of the same name, people were talking about prepping and showed the cameras their huge food stash, anyway i was reading the reader comments and some of them were saying things like "me and my mates will go around a steal these preppers food supply" etc so you can see being i suppose a tiny bit paranoid may be a good thing, being aware of what could happen to your supplies or anything cant be bad & yes i think that over here we are not as "gung ho" with the guns etc as maybe they are in the good 'ole US of A.
