So, I rehydrated the eggs this afternoon and we tried em. Not bad at all! Took about twenty minutes after mixing in cold water to get to the right consistency to scramble, and they cooked just like fresh. They don't taste exactly the same, but weren't too bad either. I'd be tempted to throw in some food powders, plus maybe some rehydrated stuff like mushrooms & peppers and turn the whole lot into an omlette!


Next up, bacon & sausage. I see breakfast packs in my future ...
