Each controller is rated at X watts input depending on that you can run up to that wattage of panels. e.g 360 watts would be 3 x100w and a 60 watt. with a wind turbine you will need a different charge controller designed for them. you can get a charge contoller that will bo both wind and solar e.g http://www.amazon.co.uk/MISOL-Hybrid-Co ... controller
