Chocolate custard - made simply by adding some cocoa/hot chocolate powder to powdered custard.
Also rice pudding - tinned or made from scratch using any rice and milk (fresh or dried) in a pan. Yum.

We actually always have honey in our house. My pre-work out meal usually consists of what my son refers to as a "Monkey sandwich". Wholemeal bread, peanut butter, honey and banana sandwich. It's delicious!

I never thought to stock up on it before though. Great idea!

I was thinking of experimenting with home dehydrated apple slices topped off with a layer of almond butter and with some crunchy dehydrated orange to make it a fruit and nut butter sandwich.

Not necessarily something that you can store for a long time (apart from the dehydrated fruit, and maybe the nuts. But stored nuts to make nut butter with would be no good in a power cut as you need the food mixer to make the nut butter).

However, it might be seasonally nice if you add some cinnamon and nutmeg in small quantities to the nut butter, and maybe top the whole thing off with a touch of honey.

Rice pudding (plain or with jam)
Askey's 'Treat' topping sauces (porridge in the morning, rice pudding, pancake....... I've eaten the Maple syrup flavor on toast before)
Tinned sponge pudding (simple and really easy to reheat)
Honey lasts for ever and jams are a way of storing fruit

And I quite like Betty Crocker "Shake to Make" pancake mix, lasts long after the BBE and you just add water into the bottle (bulky to store, but great for camping)....Breakfast, lunch or dinner its a 'Martini' dish (any time, any place, any way)
I get what you mean with the shake to make bottles of pancake mix but! you could write down the measurements of water needed for each bottle and then put them in food bags and tie them up? aves alot more space and if you have a water bottle to hand you could still shake it up in that! :)

You could decant the pancake mix short term (if you know you're going to use them for a weekends camping, for example), but for the Long Term Stores you'd need to leave them sealed
