You probably get an immunity and you are over working your organs IMHO. I once spent ages off tea and coffee and then went back to it, just tesco value tea, and it kicked in big time as my body wasn't used to the caffeine. It really highlighted to me how addicted I had become and how strong caffeine, even in tesco value tea, really was.

5 out 10, at best, I'm afraid!
The Mrs only drinks Yorkshire tea (despite being Scottish) and I usually drink Earl Grey (with the occasional Lemon flavoured Green Tea) ... so I'm with you there :D

I think getting used to Earl Grey and Green tea would be very beneficial in a SHTF situation as all you need is hot water, where as if you drink normal tea after a while you'll be have to abandon the milk and two sugars and drink it black, which if you aren't very used to can taste quite bitter.

Having been in too many staffrooms where the milk is off, I now drink black tea, no sugar. Everyone thinks I'm strange but its so much easier when brewing up anywhere!!

Me too it also avoids all the petty arguments over who uses the most milk. when work inevitably runs out...
