I'd add some plastic bags (the type that dog-walkers use, for the same purpose) and a sieve/scoop thing (not sure what they're called, I don't buy 'em I just use 'em)
Ramp up on the 20p's as they're high on the the weight/value ratio while still being small change.
What are you doing for a litter tray ?
